Welcome to the Southwest Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. We are proud to offer our services to the Greater Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell areas.

The Southwest Idaho Chapter was established in the year 2001. Our members specialize in the profitable management of single-family homes, condominiums, and small apartment complexes.

We look forward to serving your residential rental and management needs.
