Welcome to the Southwest Idaho Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. We are proud to offer our services to the Greater Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell areas.

The Southwest Idaho Chapter was established in the year 2001. Our members specialize in the profitable management of single-family homes, condominiums, and small apartment complexes.

We look forward to serving your residential rental and management needs.

Affiliates

Affiliate Members are vendors that provide products and services to the property management industry. Below you will find a list of local and regional affiliates.
Affiliate Membership includes the following:
Monthly Breakfast Meeting for one, Standard Booth at Vendor Fair, Christmas Party Ticket for one, Company listing on the Southwest Idaho Chapter page including your website and email.

Additional Involvement Opportunities:

  • Board is always looking for Committee Members
  • Opportunity to join community events setup within the chapter

Sponsorship Opportunities:

  • Monthly Breakfast Sponsors - $200. Included: 5 minutes to speak at the meeting, ability to bring swag, marketing material, business cards for tables, highlight blurb (approximately 150-200 words) and recognition as a breakfast sponsor in our email blast, promotion of your business on the Southwest Idaho NARPM social media during the month of your sponsorship
  • Vendor Fair Platinum Booth - $300. Included: Large U-Shaped Booth in Premium Location. Promotion of company in communication materials.
  • Vendor Fair Happy Hour Sponsor - $500.  Included: Company announced as a sponsor through the event. Platinum Booth included. Table for you to put swag by the bar, ability to put your banner or sign by the bar for maximum visibility. Logos displayed on signs within Bar area.
  • Holiday Party Bar Sponsor - $500. Included: Company announced as a sponsor through the event. Table for you to put swag by the bar, ability to put your banner or sign by the bar for maximum visibility.
