Speaker: Shaun Bonney, Shearer & Bonney, P.C.

Bio:

Mr. Bonney graduated in 1997 from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho in 2001 and was a member of the Idaho Law Review. Mr. Bonney is a member of the Idaho State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho; and all courts in the States of Idaho. He also served with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as an extern to the Honorable Judge T.G. Nelson Areas of Practice: Mr. Bonney’s practice involves the representations of consumer and commercial creditor companies. Mr. Bonney provides comprehensive legal services in all aspects of civil litigation, risk management, and alternative dispute resolution. In addition, Mr. Bonney has extensive experience in providing assistance in Landlord/Tenant related claims and advising landlords regarding lease drafting, evictions, and fair housing claims. Mr. Bonney has tried over thirty cases with many complex matters.
